Buhari mourns RMAFC commissioner, Abari

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, extended heartfelt condolences to the family of the Federal Commissioner representing the Federal Capital Territory at the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission, Musa Abari.

He also commiserated with the Board and members of the commission on the passing of Abari, who he described as a staunch supporter of this regime.

Buhari’s condolence message is contained in a statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, titled ‘President Buhari mourns Abari, RMAFC Commissioner.’

Buhari, who said that Abari would be sorely missed, paid tribute to the contributions of the former federal lawmaker to national development, particularly on the new revenue-sharing formula based on justice.

He, therefore, prayed to God Almighty to forgive the shortcomings of the deceased and comfort his mourners.
