Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers attacked the Chairman, Kaduna State Council of National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM), Comrade Ishaku Yakubu, but fortunately, he escaped from being Kidnapped

The incident, which took place on Wednesday evening at Mararaban Rido, was described by many friends and relatives of the victim as God’s divine miracle.

Comrade Christiana John Bawa, Secretary of the association in Kaduna in a statement on Saturday, said bullets from the suspected kidnappers hit the passenger front seat of the vehicle.

Bawa, while thanking almighty for saving the life of the chairman, who escaped unhurt, noted that Kaduna State is now becoming too hot for people as bandits’ attacks have continued to rise beyond people’s expectations.

She advised residents of the state to always watch out for criminals and other bad elements in the state.
