Former Chelsea star, Tony Cascarino has said that former Arsenal striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang would be a success at Chelsea despite reservations over his character.
Aubameyang left Arsenal for Barcelona in January 2021 after a fallout with Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta over a disciplinary breach.
The Gabonese, however, helped the Catalan side finish second and qualify for the Champions League.
“If Chelsea play a counter-attack style, Aubameyang will get goals,” Cascarino told talkSPORT.
“Chelsea created a lot of chances last year and Romelu Lukaku didn’t take enough, and neither did Timo Werner.
“But Aubameyang can do that, he is a good finisher.
“If they add a clinical striker to that I can see Aubameyang getting goals.”
